The Unipol/TDS Deposit Protection Scheme enables Unipol Code landlords to protect deposits quickly and cheaply through The Dispute Service (an insurance based deposit protection scheme).
This is exclusively for Unipol Code landlords who are members of Unipol. The fees below have been operational since 1st August 2017.

For deposits upto £500 there is a low deposit protection fee of only £13.20
For deposits over £500 the fee is £17.95.
Getting started
To start protecting deposits login to your landlord account and select the TDS link under 'Useful Links' you will be transferred to the TDS website.
