In Bradford there are two main landlord groups that meet: the Owners Consultative Group and the Larger Providers Consultative Group (this runs as a joint Group with Leeds providers). The terms of reference for each group can be found below:
The Owners Consultative Group (OCG) Terms of Reference
To consult the owner community:
a) on proposed changes to the content of the current Student Accommodation Accreditation Scheme, taking into account changes required by the implementation legislation and the subsequent policies developed by Bradford Metropolitan Borough Council
b) as a contribution to analysis of how the Accreditation scheme is operating
c) on how the Housing Hub services interface with owners and improvements that would be beneficial to the owner community
d)) provide the owner community with an opportunity to comment on the analysis of market conditions in Bradford
e) contribute to the house hunting strategy for Bradford Students
All members shall be appointed for 3 years and must be registered owners with Unipol and accredited as a condition of their membership of the Owners Consultative Group. There will be up to 30 members of this group and Unipol will encourage applications from owners with different size portfolios so that the consultations will take in factors which will affect all types of owners.
The owners Consultative Group meets 2 times a year.

The Larger Providers Consultative Group (LPCG) Terms of Reference
To consult the Large Suppliers in Leeds and Bradford:
- on the operation of the Housing Hub Services and on how the Housing Hub interfaces with large Suppliers and improvements that would be beneficial to the large suppliers community
- provide the large supplier community with an opportunity to comment on the analysis of market conditions in Leeds and Bradford
- contribute to the house hunting strategy for Leeds Students and Bradford Students
- as a contribution to analysis of how the Accreditation scheme for Large Developments is operating locally
- as a forum to share experiences and good practice when housing students
- as a forum to update information on legislation and implementation of legislation both locally and nationally
All members shall be appointed for 3 years and must be registered owners with Unipol and accredited as a condition of their membership of the Large Suppliers Consultative Group. The Large Suppliers Consultative Group will meet 3 times as year.
Next meetings: Thursday 15th March 2018 and Wednesday 8th August 2018
All meetings will take place in the Unipol board room and will start at 10.30am.
