Standing Order on Guests and Observers Attending Board Meetings

i) those attending, do so with the consent of the Board. The Chair, on behalf of the Board, will take that decision in the first instance. Guests and visitors must be notified to either the Chief Executive or the Company Secretary at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

ii) those attending will be given a set of papers for the meeting, but these will exclude any papers where detailed personal information is provided. Those receiving such papers will receive them on the strict understanding that they are confidential. The set of papers provided will be returned to the Company Secretary at the end of the meeting concerned.

iii) no guests or visitors will attend confidential sections of the meeting.
