The Charity Governance Code for Larger Charities

Unipol uses the Charity Governance Code for Larger Charities as a mechanism for reviewing governance processes and as working document which is revised, updated and reviewed by the Board annually to reflect any changes in governance.

The Code is based around seven principles for the organisation's governing body which are:

2. Leadership
3. Integrity
4. Decision-Making Risk and Control
5. Board Effectiveness
6. Diversity
7. Openess and Accountability
