Unipol - Student Housing All Under One Roof

With the Winter break now over, you may want to start the year by finding your next student home, and Unipol can help!

Unipol is a non-profit organisation who work with the universities in Leeds, Nottingham & Bradford to satisfy all of your student accommodation needs, all under one roof. We have lots of experience with housing, having offered our services for over 40 years.

Here’s an overview of what we can help with:

Searching for the best student housing

Our accommodation search tool advertises different types of properties from lots of different landlords in each city. We’re different because we only advertise accommodation for students, and we have lots of different filters allowing you to narrow your search down to exactly what you’re looking for. We’re also the only website which highlights landlords according to how well previous tenants have rated them, as well as signifying whether or not they are Unipol Code approved.

Helping with complaints and keeping landlords accountable by running the Unipol Code

The Unipol Code is an accreditation scheme which student landlords voluntarily join, where they pledge to meet a set of high standards. Unipol periodically inspect a portion of their properties to ensure they’re up to scratch, and if you need to raise a complaint about a Code landlord, Unipol can intervene to help you to resolve any issues.

Offering a free advice service for students

Unipol is made up of a team of student housing experts, and we love empowering students so you know your rights when it comes to renting. If you have any questions, whether it be about a prospective landlord, signing a contract, deposits, or mould in your bathroom, we’re here to help and can be reached online, over the phone or in person at one of our hubs.

Student properties for academic year 24-25 are now live on our website for Leeds and Nottingham.

Properties for Bradford will go live on 5th February.
